After losing my love of Early Years and taking a 10 year break from the sector, I have found The Early Years network!!. It has totally opened my eyes to how much the industry has evolved and has sparked my passion to retrain. Their videos have reminded me why I loved early years so much, and I can't wait to be back in practice again.

I've recently become a mummy for the first time and just recently gone back to work as a room leader. I was really nervous about feeling left behind and out of the loop, but finding The Early Years Network has given me so many ideas to share with my team and confidence. The bitesize lessons are so easy to dip in and out of, I find myself watching them at the most random moments! I've so far encouraged all my team to sign up and would recommend anyone with young children or works in the industry to get it!

Working alone can sometimes mean that my motivation and inspiration can run low. But since finding The Early Years Network I no longer feel like I am developing my practice on my own. The majority of our team have become so engaged with their own learning and the provision our setting is providing I wish we'd have found this platform sooner!

Providing our teams with meaningful learning and development is so hard to achieve in the early years world as it's nearly impossible to find the time to complete any sort of in-person training, and everything online is usually so expensive. But since finding The Early Years Network I'm able to set classes and courses to specific team members who can then watch them whenever fits. The girls have really fallen in love with it and its great to hear them all talking about child education, their own learning and what video's they've watched recently.

I'm so grateful the platform exists as I find it so much easier to learn via video rather than reading endless articles and reports. It's also really affordable compared to other courses I found on facebook!
